ODAT Food and Beverage Pvt. Ltd. is a growing company engaged in both trading and manufacturing, with our head office and factory operations. We are looking for a dynamic, people-focused and qualified Nepali candidate for the position of Human Resource Manager to lead and manage our HR functions.

The Human Resource Manager will manage the company's day-to-day HR activities and ensure that employees in the office, factory, warehouse, sales, and logistics teams are properly recruited, supported, and managed.

Key Responsibilities

Handle recruitment and selection of new employees.
Prepare job descriptions and coordinate interviews.
Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
Manage employee attendance, leave, and working hours.
Prepare and maintain monthly payroll information.
Coordinate with Accounts for salary, allowances, and other employee payments.
Handle employee joining, orientation, transfer, promotion, and resignation processes.
Ensure employees understand company rules, policies, and procedures.
Support management in handling employee performance and disciplinary matters.
Coordinate staff training and development programs.
Regularly communicate with employees and address their general HR-related concerns.
Monitor employee attendance and punctuality across office, warehouse, and factory.
Coordinate with factory management regarding manpower requirements and employee issues.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable labour requirements.
Maintain proper records of leave, overtime, attendance, and other employee information.
Assist in preparing HR reports for management.
Organize employee engagement activities and help maintain a positive work environment.
Support management in manpower planning for both manufacturing and trading operations.
Perform other HR-related duties assigned by management.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s (preferably Master’s) degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in HR (manufacturing/trading preferred)

Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of recruitment, attendance, leave, and payroll processes.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR/accounting software.
Ability to maintain confidential employee information.
Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
Fair, approachable, and professional attitude.
Able to work with employees at different levels, from factory workers to management.

Salary Offered: Negotiable

Station: Kathmandu with frequent travel to Bhairahawa.
