MiDas Education, a unit of MiDas Group, was found with a vision to create an interactive learning material for children. Theoretical learning has prevailed the society for a long time. Children are lacking behind in terms of audio-visual information. Education system throughout the world is changing rapidly. With the increasing change, learning process for us has changed drastically. 10 years ago, electronic learning was not even an option for schools. However, time has changed and learning through animated videos and audios have been adopted by many schools and colleges around the world. Therefore, MiDas education has been working on making the notion of e-learning possible in countries like Nepal through software like MiDas eCLASS. Our vision is to reach as many students as possible to provide them with better education with our animated learning software.

Job Description

  • Creating job descriptions, advertising on job portals, coordinating with functional heads & management for ensuring successful hiring
  • Ensuring smooth Joining formalities; preparation of the induction and conducting the induction for new hires
  • Preparing contract for the newly hired employees
  • Liasoning with the bank for staff salary account opening
  • Compiling all data needed for the annual salary review, and bonus calculation etc
  • Attends to employee grievances and complaints regarding attendance, salary, provides guidance if necessary
  • To detect and handle complaints, disputes and grievances of all staffs and to report them to the management
  • Resolving issues, problems and complaints related to policy interpretation, time office, and payroll
  • Developed a system of regular Employee Engagement Activities like Festival themes celebrations
  • Focus on HR process development & improvement; create awareness amongst employees, review & documentation and implementation
  • Preparing expenses sheet and field visit report
