Roles and responsibilities of this job

Recruitment and hiring: HR professionals are responsible for attracting, screening, and hiring new employees, including creating job descriptions, posting job openings, conducting interviews, and negotiating job offers.
Employee relations: HR professionals ensure that employees are satisfied and motivated in their roles by managing employee relations issues, such as conflicts, complaints, and performance concerns. They may also oversee employee engagement programs to improve morale and productivity.
Benefits and compensation: HR professionals are responsible for managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits. They also oversee compensation programs and ensure that salaries and wages are competitive with industry standards.
Training and development: HR professionals are responsible for ensuring that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively. They may design and deliver training programs, as well as provide coaching and feedback to employees.
Compliance: HR professionals ensure that the organization is in compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations. They may also be responsible for maintaining employee records and ensuring that the organization is meeting its diversity and inclusion goals.
Strategic planning: HR professionals work closely with other leaders in the organization to develop and implement strategic plans for the workforce. This may include forecasting future staffing needs, identifying skills gaps, and developing talent management strategies.

Preference will be given to candidates having Master’s degree in Business Administration
Proven 5 years of experience as administrative job
In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
Should have excellent communication skills
Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
Proficient in MS Office

Successful experience in employee relations
