Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in talent acquisition, HR policy development, performance management, employee relations, and strengthening overall organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment & talent acquisition
  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and frameworks
  • Manage Performance Appraisal Systems (PAS) and KPIs
  • Oversee employee onboarding & offboarding
  • Proven record of work experiences of ensuring legal compliance with Nepal Labour Act & related regulations.
  • Handle training & development, capacity-building programs
  • Maintain and update HRIS records
  • Manage payroll coordination, leave, and attendance
  • Facilitate employee engagement and conflict resolution
  • Align HR strategy with company goals
  • Run or devise a team-building exercise every month.
