The Corporate Human Resources Head will lead HR strategy, policies, and culture across the corporate group and its multiple units/factories. The role ensures consistent HR standards, compliance, and organizational development while guiding HR teams at each unit.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Strategy & Governance
- Develop and execute a group-wide HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Establish standardized HR policies, procedures, and frameworks applicable across all units and factories.
- Ensure consistency in HR practices, compliance, and documentation throughout the group.
- Monitor adherence to HR governance and provide corrective guidance as required.
2. Organizational Culture & Employee Engagement
- Define and drive the desired organizational culture and values across all units.
- Implement engagement programs, recognition systems, communication channels, and employee relations practices.
- Build a culture of integrity, performance, diversity, and continuous improvement.
3. Talent Management & Development
- Create unified standards for workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and succession management.
- Oversee group-wide training and development frameworks, leadership development programs, and talent reviews.
- Guide units in identifying and developing high-potential employees.
4. Performance Management
- Develop and maintain a unified performance management system (KPIs, appraisal cycles, evaluation criteria).
- Ensure fair and transparent performance reviews across all business units.
- Support management teams in improving employee and departmental performance.
5. Compensation & Benefits
- Develop structured and competitive salary frameworks, grading systems, and benefits policies.
- Conduct annual salary benchmarking and ensure payroll compliance across all units.
- Oversee compensation alignment to maintain internal equity and market competitiveness.
6. Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal risk controls.
- Oversee audits, disciplinary procedures, and grievance handling mechanisms.
- Ensure health & safety compliance across factories in coordination with EHS teams.
7. HR Operations Oversight
- Support HR teams at unit level with HRIS implementation, attendance systems, and automation initiatives.
- Provide guidance for manpower planning, HR budgeting, and employee life cycle management.
- Review monthly HR dashboards, analytics, and reports from all subsidiaries.
8. Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and support HR Managers/HR Officers across units and factories.
- Work closely with CEOs, COOs, Factory In-charges, and Department Heads for strategic HR support.
- Participate in senior-level decision-making and organizational planning.
