Trinity International College is seeking a proactive and dedicated Human Resource Officer to join our administrative team. The ideal candidate will support the college’s HR operations and contribute to creating an effective, compliant, and positive working environment for all staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Support HR Manager for recruiting, training and developing employee.
Making sure that Staff documentation and entry data correctly and timely manner.
Monitoring staff attendance correctly.
Prepare all the individual employee file correctly.
Carry on other job when it required by HR Manger.
Induct Employees as per the College rules.
Monitor and track employee performance.
Maintain positive work environment by adjusting employee concern.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s Degree in Management or a related field from a recognized institution.
More than one year of relevant work experience in human resource management or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
