Job Specification

Education Level : Bachelor

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field required
  • 2 or more years’ experience in Human Resources with a concentration in employee/labour relations required
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal and time management skills
  • Superb attention to detail

Job Description

  • Provides full range of day to day HR support including staffing, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, benefits, compensation, and training & development
  • Leads initiatives to foster positive employee relations, an engaged workforce, a positive culture, and effective communication by working collaboratively with leaders 
  • Provides advice and counsel to managers and employees to ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures, and practices
  • Leads recruiting and ensure robust action plans are created and executed
  • Interviews prospective employees administer pre-employment assessments and checks references
  • Conduct new employee orientation training
  • Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits
  • Provide necessary information to HR Manager to prepare monthly HR report
  • Developing HR planning strategies, which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements
  • Partners with management team to design and implement employee recognition programs to support and engage
  • Conduct thorough and objective investigations of employee relations, performance, and policy violation issues and recommends countermeasures to resolve
  • Provide any other support assigned by the HR supervisors as and whenever required
