  • Collecting Job description and requirement from the team before proceeding for hiring
  • Handle overall recruitment process as per the requirement and keeping record of it
  • Checking application forms and shortlisting the proper candidates that matches the requirement
  • Assist HR manager in the event management of the organisation
  • Keeping record of good candidates for future requirements
  • Co-ordinate and conduct written test for different jobs and organize job interviews
  • Maintaining daily attendance record of employees
  • Other additional duties and responsibilities on an ad hoc basis
