  • Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and  government  requirements

  • Fluent in English speaking and reading is preferred, diligent, responsible and able to communicate with experience is preferred

Job Description

  • Ready to take challenges and set up HR system
  • Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and  government  requirements
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries
  • Deal with queries from the public and customers
  • Implement organization policies
  • Develop whole process for selection
  • Provide training and supporting to new employee
  • Develop HR policies, manuals, procedures, employee hand book, appointment letter and contract.
  • Provide job description and responsibilities to employees
  • Set the procedure for employee performance review
  • Quarterly review employees’ performance appraisal and performance development
  • Maintain workplace safety
