Job Description

  • Supervise on the smooth operation of HR functions
  • Ensure the company policy is in compliance with Nepal labor law
  • Develop HR strategy for HR Department
  • Revise the policy as and when needed with the support of the lawyer
  • Ensure the recruitment, selection and exit process are well respected
  • Involve in Performance Management and facilitate the training of an employee
  • Must be able to effectively handle employee frustrations, and work to resolve conflict in an effective and professional manner
  • Facilitate for improvement of working conditions and health & safety of employees
  • Manage and develop a team of HR professionals focused on supporting Distribution and Cutting
  • Ensure the design, implement and delivery of talent management strategies and employee programs that positively impact the work environment and create engagement
  • Manage day to day administration of HR Department

Required skills/Competencies:

  • 3+ years of managing human resources in an IT company
  • Excellent thought leadership, self-directed and assertive
  • Knowledge of local labor laws, regulations and practices
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of office software
