  • Should have minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing industry.
  • As a member of the Executive Committee, partake in all operational, human resources, financial and marketing decisions.
  • The candidate should have through knowledge in industrial law - Industrial Disputes act, Workmen compensation act, Minimum wages act, factory act, Bonus.
  • Demonstrated ability to see the big picture and provide useful and strategic advice and input across the company and on the senior executive team.
  • Familiarity and skill with the tools of the trade in human resources including HRIS, Microsoft Office suite of products, file management, and benefits administration.
  • Candidate should handle tense situation.

Job Description

  • Prepare the Policies and procedures required for the organization.
  • To be pro-active in identifying potential policy changes and communicating these and recommending action, take an active role in people policy consultant
  • Oversee employment law compliance and compliance to regulatory concerns.
  • Ensure appraisals are carried out and that development solutions are in place to meet training needs.
  • Attend to all industrial relations matters including Labor code interpretation, union negotiations and implementation of restructuring.
