Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a dynamic person who preferably has at least 1 years plus experience in Administrative roles, therefore our preferred candidate must be able to meet the following objectives:

Assist the HR Manager and QA Manager with the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and training programs as per ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and Nepal Labor Law
Assist the HR Manager in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with GATE’s overall business strategy
Assist and manage the recruitment, selection and staff review process
Assist the HR Manager with monthly payroll and attendance reports
Assist the HR Manager with organizing monthly staff meeting and coming up with new ideas of making the staff monthly meetings engaging and interactive
Maintain strict confidentiality of all and any materials provided during the tenure
Team Player
Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
Strong Administrative and planning skills
Good knowledge on Microsoft Office Packages
