Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic person who preferably has at least 1 years plus experience in  Administrative roles, therefore our preferred candidate must be able to meet the following  objectives:  

  • Assist the HR Manager and QA Manager with the administration of the human resources  policies, procedures and training programs as per ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management  System and Nepal Labor Law
  • Assist the HR Manager in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives  aligned with GATE’s overall business strategy
  • Assist and manage the recruitment, selection and staff review process
  •  Assist the HR Manager with monthly payroll and attendance reports
  • Assist the HR Manager with organizing monthly staff meeting and coming up with new  ideas of making the staff monthly meetings engaging and interactive 
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all and any materials provided during the tenure
  • Team Player  
  • Strong Interpersonal and communication skills  
  • Strong Administrative and planning skills
  • Good knowledge on Microsoft Office Packages
