We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Assistant to join the team at Fire and Ice Pizzeria in Thamel, Kathmandu. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys supporting both administrative and HR functions, and wants to grow their career in a dynamic hospitality brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and respond to emails, inquiries, and office correspondence professionally.
Provide administrative and HR support to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain organized office records, documentation, and filing systems.
Assist in staff coordination, onboarding, and internal communication.
Support day-to-day office management to ensure efficient workflows.
Help organize meetings, events, and internal activities as required.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Education Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field.
Prior experience in administration or HR support is a plus.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Basic HR knowledge
Professional attitude and proactive work approach
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
