Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager to lead and manage our HR functions while supporting the growth and development of our workforce. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of HR practices, Nepal Labour Laws, and experience handling both office and factory workforce environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Staffing:

Plan and manage recruitment for office and factory staff
Conduct interviews and onboarding programs
Maintain employee records and documentation

2. HR Policies & Compliance:

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with Nepal Labour Laws and company policies
Handle disciplinary actions and grievance management

3. Performance Management:

Implement performance appraisal and evaluation systems
Support managers in conducting performance reviews
Assist in employee career development planning

4. Employee Relations & Engagement:

Promote a positive workplace culture
Address employee concerns and workplace conflicts
Organize training, welfare, and engagement activities

5. Payroll & Attendance Management:

Coordinate payroll, leave, and attendance systems
Manage employee benefits, incentives, and overtime records

6. Factory HR Coordination:

Manage factory workforce operations
Ensure safety, discipline, and labour law compliance
Coordinate communication between factory and head office

7. Training & Development:

Identify employee training and development needs
Arrange internal and external training programs
Support skill development initiatives within the organization

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
3–5 years of HR experience (experience in manufacturing/trading environment preferred)
Good knowledge of Nepal Labour Laws
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
