Job Description

  • Engage in daily HR Operations tasks to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Engage in creating eye-catching visuals for our online platforms, including posters, banners, and graphics.
  • Oversee attendance management, ensuring accurate recording of staff attendance.
  • Examine and validate overtime claims, facilitating clearance processes for departing staff.
  • Prepare and disseminate various official staff-related documents.
  • Maintain HR files and databases, conducting audits to uphold proper employee documentation standards.
