Job Description

Job Summary:

This role intends to encompass all human resource management and administration function in relation to the organization. This role requires the candidate to identify the need of human resource in the organization, conduct the recruitment function, carry out induction for the new employees, identify the training requirement and conducts the training modules, carries out the appraisal function and recommends the reward.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assess the human resource requirement for the overall operation
  • Create a job description for all segment of team members and identify the skills required
  • Initiate the recruitment process in coordination with the relevant managers and Managing Director
  • Prepare, update and maintain the employee files and folders
  • Develop the employee appraisal system and implement it.
  • Prepare the training manuals for the all the segments of staffs and conduct the regular trainings
  • Plan and executive staff motivation and refreshment events
  • Conduct orientation and induction of all new employees
  • Prepare monthly human resource related report
