Job Description

This role provides hands-on exposure to various talent management functions with the goal of developing a well-rounded understanding of talent management and organisational culture.

 Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and update attendance records using HRMS software.
  • Assist in the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires.
  • Coordinate induction sessions and ensure all joining formalities are completed.
  • Support in processing employee insurance applications and claims.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee benefits.
  • Assist in organising and tracking in-house training programs.
  • Maintain training records and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Source and screen candidates’ CVs to identify suitable profiles for open positions.
  • Schedule interviews and maintain recruitment trackers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Ensure confidentiality of all HR-related information.
  • Plan and coordinate engagement activities to enhance motivation and team building.
  • Assist in ensuring the company’s HR policies and practices comply with legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance communication and alignment in talent management activities.
