A Recruitment Operations Manager (or Talent Operations Manager) is a strategic HR professional responsible for optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process. Unlike a traditional recruiter who focuses on filling specific roles, this manager designs the workflows, tools, and data-driven strategies that enable the entire recruitment team to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Process Management:

Design, implement, and improve recruitment workflows across the organization.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination.

Technology & System Management:

Oversee the use and optimization of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Implement technology solutions that improve hiring efficiency and candidate management.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
Prepare recruitment reports and insights for management decision-making.

Team & Stakeholder Management:

Lead and support recruitment teams to ensure efficient hiring operations.
Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.

Vendor & Budget Management:

Manage relationships with job portals, recruitment agencies, and external vendors.
Monitor recruitment budgets and ensure cost-effective hiring strategies.

Candidate Experience & Compliance:

Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain compliance with internal policies and applicable labor regulations.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Education Level:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.(Master’s degree such as MBA or HRM will be an added advantage.)

Experience Required:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, HR operations, or talent acquisition, preferably with exposure to recruitment process management.

Other Specification:

Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and hiring best practices.
Experience working with ATS/CRM systems such as Zoho Recruit, Workday, Greenhouse, or similar tools.
Ability to analyze recruitment data such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate pipeline metrics.
Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills to work with hiring managers and external partners.
Strong organizational and leadership abilities with the capacity to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
