Job Description

We are seeking an organized and proactive HR Assistant to identify and attract qualified candidates for healthcare within our organization. The candidate will play a vital role in building a skilled and dedicated healthcare team. The ideal candidate should possess strong networking skills, an understanding of healthcare roles, and the ability to assess candidate suitability aligning with the U.K. compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates for healthcare positions.
  • Build and maintain a candidate database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for specific healthcare roles.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates on their application status and next steps.
  • Address candidate inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to make informed decisions on candidate selection.
  • Generate regular and ad hoc reports related to recruitment metrics, candidate pipelines, compliance and interview outcomes.
