Job Description

  • Assist in recruitment initiatives by preparing creative vacancy announcements, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews and support communication to candidate as required  
  • Maintaining excel sheet of applicants, internship requests and process for qualified interns
  • Update and accurately maintain data of staff in the HRIS 
  • Initiate and implement new ideas to make the HRIS more user friendly
  • Maintain the attendance system and generate scheduled or requested reports
  • Auditing personnel records to ensure completeness and accuracy of information
  • Provide support in areas such as documentation, recruitment, training, compensation and termination
  • Provide service anniversary gifts and birthday cards to employees
  • Coordinate and communicate HR issues and activities to relevant functional units
  • Working on new initiatives and activities for the department
  • Assist or organize staff engagement and development activities
