Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Install, configure, update, and maintain computer systems
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
Help with and eventually support the life cycle management of client computers
Backup/recovery of both client machines and servers
Patch management for end user computer
Some small to medium projects should be expected
Help develop and implement new policies, procedures, and processes to increase efficiency and profitability
Provide training to team members in the use of new technology
Develop solutions to address business needs through technologies and recurring support tickets

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Prior IT work experience is preferred
Prior experience working with Windows client operating systems
Very strong customer service oriented mind-set with the ability to work with all levels of employees
Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and business communication skills. Candidates must be able to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
Willingness and ability to support team members and equipment outside office
Ability to learn new technologies with minimal training.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast paced environment
Must be a self-starter and able to oversee multiple small and medium sized projects through to completion with limited direction
