Job Description

  • Managing the operations of Service and Parts  in Nepal. 
  • Responsible for Service and Parts Business Development in Nepal
  • Lead, manage the performance of the aftermarket force to meet agreed financial and business targets 
  • Achieve the assigned sales and margin forecast through an efficient service/parts sales team. 
  • Manage all required training to internal staffs and dealers when and if required. 
  • Setting up warranty process for new customers, PDI and customer complaint tracking. 
  • Parts management: handling, inventory management, order processing, and follow up on orders and delivery with proper analysis such as ABC and FMS.
  • Field visit, customer visit, planning and budgeting service and parts campaign, developing dealers and retailers of aftermarket business, monitoring drivers meet, customers meet, mechanics meet, out mechanics and drivers training as per need.
