Summary TOR / Strategic Functions

• Strategy Ownership: Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate the organization’s functions and performance.
• Systems: Ensure operations as per standard operating procedures (SOP) in all departments.
• Analysis: Review and report operational targets, financial status, and industry
• Human Resource Management: Acquire the right team for organizational functions, evaluate their performance and support their development.
• Board Reporting: Organize Board meetings, present quarterly reports and ensure annual compliance, and present company reports at annual Stockholder and Board of Directors meetings in coordination with the Chief Finance Officer (CFO).
• Marketing: Grow the number of franchisees and ensure Franchisees’ profitability and satisfaction.
• Industry Relationship: Represent the company at industry events, and maintain the relationship with various industry partners.
