The successful candidate will need to have a good knowledge of fundraising and donor stewardship in Nepal. With a strong background in fundraising, you will engage, inspire, and motivate supporters and staff to generate timely and sustainable revenue. You will therefore possess excellent written and verbal communication skills- with a proven ability to influence, persuade and negotiate. A high level of IT competency and knowledge of contact database systems would be an advantage. Furthermore knowledge about human rights and community based approaches are required.
