Front Desk Officer

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable
• Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and document handling
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as required
• Coordinate with other departments as necessary
