Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused, and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to lead and oversee our front desk operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, maintain high service standards, and support the front desk team in delivering exceptional patient and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage front desk operations and staff.
Prepare duty rosters, shift schedules, and monitor attendance.
Ensure excellent patient/customer service standards.
Review billing processes and coordinate corrective actions for errors.
Handle patient concerns, complaints, and escalations professionally.
Coordinate with clinical, billing, and administrative departments.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and quality standards.
Train, mentor, and support front desk team members.
Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in healthcare, diagnostic laboratory reception, hospitality, or customer service.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Shift Schedule: Applicants must be willing to work on a rotational basis as required:

Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Evening Shift: 1:30 PM – 8:30 PM
