Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and energetic Cashier / Front Desk Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a welcoming experience while efficiently handling front desk and cashier responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist customers, parents, and visitors in a professional manner.
Handle ticket sales, billing, and cash transactions accurately.
Manage bookings, reservations, and customer inquiries.
Maintain daily cash records and prepare transaction reports.
Coordinate with playground staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Keep the reception and front desk area organized, clean, and presentable.
Address customer concerns and provide excellent customer service.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Education:

Minimum +2 (Higher Secondary) or equivalent qualification.

Experience:

Previous experience as a Cashier, Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or in a customer service role will be an advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Other Requirements

Basic knowledge of MS Office and billing systems.
Friendly personality with a positive attitude.
Honest, punctual, and well-presented.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
