Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Franchise Operations – Assistant Manager will support the smooth functioning of Jammy’s franchise outlets by ensuring brand standards, operational excellence, and franchise partner satisfaction. This role requires hands-on F&B operations experience and strong coordination between franchise partners and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Support day-to-day operations of franchise outlets to ensure compliance with Jammy’s brand and operational standards
Conduct regular outlet visits and audits (service quality, hygiene, SOP compliance, staff grooming, and food safety, maintain relations with franchise partners and staff)
Assist in onboarding new franchise outlets and provide operational support during launch
Coordinate franchise training programs for store managers and staff
Act as a point of contact between franchise partners and head office
Conduct monthly audit for all franchise outlets
Identify operational issues and support franchisees with practical solutions
Monitor sales performance, customer feedback, and operational KPIs
Support implementation of new menus, promotions, and operational updates
Ensure consistency in customer experience across all franchise outlets
Responsible for training and monitoring of franchise staff

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

2–4 years of experience in Franchise Operations or F&B Operations
Prior experience working with QSR, café, bubble tea, or restaurant chains preferred
Strong understanding of SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and service standards
Good communication and relationship-management skills
Willingness to travel frequently for outlet visits
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment
Reporting and documentation skills
