Cafe Supervisor

Kailashpati Trading and Import Export Company is launching a new cafe near Nag Pokhari, serving high-quality beverages with a premium customer experience. We are seeking a Cafe Supervisor with barista expertise to oversee daily cafe operations, train and manage staff, ensure excellent service, craft top-quality coffee and specialty drinks, and prepare and serve a variety of food items.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare espresso, coffee, tea, and specialty drinks to company standards.
• Prepare a variety of food items and beverages, ensuring high quality, taste, and presentation standards.
• Serve food and beverages to customers while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Supervise daily cafe operations and manage staff effectively.
• Train baristas and cafe staff to maintain service consistency and operational efficiency.
• Manage inventory, monitor supplies, and maintain accurate records and basic reporting.
• Handle customer feedback professionally and ensure strict hygiene and safety standards.
