Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Operations In-Charge is responsible for overseeing daily business operations, ensuring efficiency across departments, and supporting strategic growth. This role requires strong leadership, coordination, and execution capabilities across operations, HR, sales, technology, finance, and client management.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

Oversee and manage day-to-day business operations
Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
Ensure smooth coordination across all departments

Human Resource Management:

Lead recruitment, onboarding, and staffing activities
Assign roles and responsibilities and monitor team performance
Maintain discipline, engagement, and productivity within the team

Sales & Marketing:

Plan and execute sales and marketing strategies
Identify business growth opportunities and market expansion areas
Monitor sales performance and ensure target achievement

Technology Management:

Coordinate with the tech team for system development and improvements
Ensure proper functioning of digital systems and tools
Support the implementation of new technologies

Governance & Coordination:

Coordinate with shareholders and directors on business matters
Ensure transparency in operations and reporting
Prepare reports and updates for management review

Financial Management:

Assist in preparing budgets and financial plans
Monitor expenses and ensure cost control
Coordinate with the finance team for financial reporting

Client Handling:

Conduct meetings with clients and stakeholders
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction
Address client concerns and ensure timely resolution
Prepare presentation & attend meeting with clients

Executive Support:

Provide operational and administrative support to the CEO
Handle additional responsibilities as assigned based on business needs

Documentation:

Prepare official documents, letters, and proposals in Nepali & English typing
Ensure accuracy and professionalism in all written communication

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Required Age:More than 35 years

Other Specification

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree (minimum requirement)
Minimum 3+ years of experience in operations, administration, or similar roles

Skills Required:

Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
Knowledge related to information technology is a must
Proficiency in Nepali & English typing (mandatory)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinking and problem-solving capability
Basic financial and operational understanding
License: Valid two-wheeler driving license (mandatory)
