Job Description

Scope of Work:

The responsibilities of this new role would include:

1. Business Support:

Partnering with functional and corporate projects.
Providing financial analysis and preparing business cases for investment decisions.
Facilitating cross-functional collaboration.

2. Financial Accounting:

Ensuring accurate cost recognition and reporting.
Managing interactions with auditors and compliance with reporting standards and internal controls.

3. Management Accounting & FP&A:

Leading budgeting and performance management processes.
Ensuring planning accuracy, consolidating financial forecasts, and delivering actionable insights to support decision-making.

4. Financial Governance:

Ensuring adherence to Operating Guidelines, J-SOX, and internal policies.
Providing training and financial oversight for BAP/Memos.

5. Process Improvement:

Driving change management initiatives.
Streamlining financial processes, identifying automation needs, and enhancing overall efficiency.

6. Cost Management:

Controlling operational costs and fostering a cost-conscious culture through training and visibility initiatives.

This role will also address ad-hoc requests from the Finance Manager, ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration and effective decision-making.
