Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage daily financial operations, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and support overall financial management of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily financial transactions including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Create, process, and verify invoices, bills, and credit notes.
• Maintain ledgers, account files, petty cash records, and stock records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L and Balance Sheet).
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, PAN/VAT, TDS, and IRD requirements.
• Support audit preparation and coordinate with auditors.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
• Reconcile bank statements, manage cash flow, and follow up with debtors.
• Handle payroll, expense tracking, SSF preparation, refunds, and billing queries.
• Provide financial insights and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
• Visit banks, government offices, and vendors as required.
