Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to oversee and manage the financial operations of our organization. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping financial strategies, ensuring compliance, and supporting the organization’s growth through effective financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day financial operations and implement policies, plans, and projects.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements aligned with organizational objectives.
Strategize fund procurement through banks and other financial institutions.
Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate financial records.
Provide financial insights and analysis to drive organizational performance.
Liaise with employees, stakeholders, shareholders, and investors on financial matters.
Track and report metrics and KPIs effectively.
Validate financial charges against approved agreements.
Handle TR, Demand, LC processing, and manage other bank-provided finance services.
Prepare tax-related documents and ensure timely, accurate tax filings.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders as required.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Required Age:Less than 40 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred)
Minimum 3–5 Years of experience
Professional qualifications or part-qualified certifications, such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or MBA in Finance, are an advantage
Strong understanding of financial management, statutory compliance, and reporting
Proficient in accounting software, MS Excel, and other reporting tools
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
