Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Finance Supervisor is responsible for essential accounting functions related to accounts payable and accounts receivable, month-end closing assistance, and preparing various reports for HQ.

Major Responsibilities:

Support in managing all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the accounting department.
Ensure timely submission of high-quality finance reports by working closely with management.
Support day-to-day financial activities, including payment review, reporting/invoicing, and other related tasks.
Review all accounting transactions to ensure proper coding, complete month-end/year-end closing tasks, and conduct variance analysis as needed.
Assist in the preparation of monthly billings.
Assist in supervising and preparing current financial reports and forecasts for future business growth, including budgets, income statements, balance sheets, tax returns, and reports for government regulatory agencies, ensuring compliance with financial and legal requirements.
Prepare and submit monthly reports (content and format as agreed).
Control expenses to meet agreed budgetary limits.
Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures.
Interact and cooperate with all members of the organization, as well as with suppliers and clients/customers.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in accounting & finance is required.
03-05 years of experience required
Experience with general ledger functions
Advanced knowledge of tax regulations, and compliance standards.
Experience in leading audits and ensuring compliance with evolving financial regulations.
Basic accounting software, Basic Financial Accounting, Accounting Models.
Ability to assist in financial management

Salary: 50000-60000 Nepalese Rupee(negotiable; based on experience & skills)

Working Hour: 10.00 am to 6.00 pm (Monday-Saturday)
