  • Sound knowledge of financial accounting, financial analysis and reporting. Knowledge about banking system in Nepal.
  • Sound knowledge of Nepal government's tax policies and regulations.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and strong communication skills
  • Good computer operation skill (MS-office). Competent, smart and result oriented.

    • Job Description

    • Responsible for overall financial activities of the company;
    • Supervising and managing subordinates of Finance department;
    • Monitoring books of accounts, internal audit, budgeting, treasury planning and dealing with foreign exchange;
    • Deal with tax issues and other legal matters of the company;
    • Dealing with banking issues like bank guarantee, L/C, fund transfer;
    • Preparation of financial reports and timely report to the management.
