Job Description

  • Prepare professional Final Accounts and Financial report as per the requirement by the company management
  • Daily Accounting entries in ERP system i.e. cash, bank and journal entries
  • Reconciliation of bank, debtors, creditors and other accounts
  • Keep records of invoices and tax payments
  • Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers
  • Organizing and scheduling appointments with admin software
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
