Job Description

  • Ensure accurate and appropriate recording of all revenues and expenses in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
  • Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly, quarterly and annual accounts. Prepares financial management reports and ensures all financial reporting deadlines are met.
  • Ensures timely clearance of account payables and receivables. Performs account/ bank reconciliations.
  • Resolves accounting discrepancies including monitoring of tax payments.
  • Ensures compliance with the regulatory requirements including but not limited to CRO, TAX, etc
  • Prepare budget / financial forecast and monitor variance thereof.
  • Coordinates with the audit team for the audit process.
  • Analyze and advise on business operations including revenue and expenditure trends, financial commitments, future revenues and strategic recommendations. Prepares one-, three-, and five-year financial plans by collecting historical data; developing and estimating trends; preparing assumptions; examining management plans; developing projections.
  • Responsible for overall office management, support and co-ordination for general administration of the organization including maintenance of office supplies & inventories, general purchases, etc
