  •  Strong proficiency in working with HRIS platforms and tools (e.g., Rigo, Nimble etc.).
  •  Solid understanding of data management principles and HR data privacy regulations.
  •  Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics and generate meaningful insights.

  •   Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  •  Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  •   Experience in process improvement and project management is preferred.

Job Description

  • Evaluate new Nimble HRIS features and functionality to optimize system performance and user experience. Provide technical expertise and support to end-users on system navigation and functionality.
  • Manage and maintain Nimble System (HRIS) software. Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry, including employee records, benefits information, payroll data, and organizational hierarchies.
  • Utilize Nimble HRIS systems and tools to gather, analyze, and report HR data and metrics.
  • Coordinating with Nimble for maximum utilization of Nimble functionalities.
  • Implement the appraisal module throughout the organization from Nimble.
  • Use data insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in HR practices and processes.
  • Keeping updated with the latest developments in human resources management and making recommendations for improvements.
  • Ensure Nimble HRIS compliance with applicable data protection laws and regulations. Maintain data security and confidentiality by implementing appropriate access controls, data encryption, and system backup procedures. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in HR technology and HRIS systems. 

Note: The preference will be given to candidates who have previous work experience with Nimble HRM.
