Three to Four years of prior Management experience in 4/5 star Hotel within Housekeeping depth
Flexible with schedule and a dynamic and hands-on operational leader.
Leader must be able to train the staff and lead to establish standards within the department.
Must have sound knowledge of laundry operations and inventory management.
Problem solver and lead a team over 25 personnel.
Must possess a keen eye to detail and ensure the department conforms to established standards for cleanliness in rooms and public areas.
This is not a 5 am-9 pm role with weekends off and requires presence as per activity in the hotel and operations.
Prior opening experience of new property is an asset
