  • Currently pursuing or have completed a Master’s Degree with at least 5 years of relevant work experience (experience in the hospitality industry will be an added advantage)

  • Candidates with vehicles will have an added advantage
  • Pleasant personality and problem-solving attitude

Job Description

  • Managing the daily calendar and annual calendar of main events and meetings of the Managing Director and keeping them updated with the same.
  • Assist the Managing Director with daily administrative duties
  • Oversee work performance and activities of subordinates
  • Record-keeping of all files, documents, contacts, assets and other items in proper and systematic manner formats
  • Draft various letters and correspondences on behalf of the Managing Director 
  • Attend meetings along with and on behalf of the Managing Director and prepare meeting minutes
  • Entertain phone calls, communicate and flow information on behalf of the Managing Director
  • Travel arrangements that include Ticketing, hotel booking, passport and visa process, currency exchange, Travel Insurance, etc. for the Managing Director and his guests
  • Update and manage membership details of the Managing Director and process for new ones when required
  • Liaison with Bank 
  • Train team members as and when required
  • Maintaining vehicle records and ensuring all paperwork is up to date for the same
  • Any other responsibilities assigned by the concerned authority as required by the nature of the job role

Salary and Benefits: Monthly CTC Salary: 50,000 (including SSF contributions)
