Job Description

  • Understand the requirements of clients, identify and recommend the right candidates to them for various positions. Lead job matching process effectively and efficiently 
  • Screen, interview and prepare pool of jobseekers in order to meet present and future requirements
  • Coordinate with the client through the process and develop innovative ideas to meet the client’s requirement in a short period time
  • Manage, operate and monitor employment deal and projects
  • Build strong candidate data base and communicate with them 
  • Plan, analyze  and execute overall candidate’s requirement related strategies
  • Prepare reports as well as  assist in other  reports making
  • Perform other task assigned by the concerned authority 

Salary offered, Benefits and more:  

  • Gross salary of NRs. 12000.00 to NRs. 14,000.00 + attractive incentives
