Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a polite, patient, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to handle customer calls and messages professionally. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be calm under pressure, and be dedicated to providing excellent customer support. Full product training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Answer customer phone calls and respond to WhatsApp messages in a timely and professional manner
Communicate clearly, politely, and professionally with customers
Provide accurate information, guidance, and support related to company products and services
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints calmly and patiently
Maintain positive and long-term relationships with customers
Record customer interactions and follow up when required
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:Less than 1 year

Other Specification

Good communication skills; must speak clearly and politely
Ability to solve customer problems calmly and professionally
Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new processes and information
Prior customer service experience is a plus
Basic knowledge of mobile phones, mobile applications, and websites
Ability to handle phone calls and WhatsApp messages professionally
Honest, hardworking, and dedicated to work
Must remain calm under pressure and avoid aggressive behavior

Complete training will be provided before and during the job
