Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a well-presented, courteous, and organized Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain the front desk area and ensure it is tidy and presentable
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, letters)
Manage visitor logs and issue visitor badges as needed
Provide basic information to clients and guests regarding company services
Coordinate with internal departments and support administrative tasks
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
Maintain office supplies and assist in administrative procurement
Support HR/Admin team with clerical tasks as required

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role
Professional appearance and demeanor
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks calmly and efficiently
Friendly, approachable, and customer-service oriented

Work Shifts & Salary:

Full-Time: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM | NRs. 25,000 – 30,000 Monthly
Part-Time: 6:30 AM – 11:30 AM | NRs. 20,000 Monthly
