Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a smart, customer-focused, and responsible individual for the position of Junior Assistant. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and assisting clients in completing KYC documentation accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Assist customers in filling out KYC (Know Your Customer) forms and documentation
Verify and collect required documents as per company policy
Maintain accurate customer records and data entry
Coordinate with concerned departments for customer issues
Ensure proper follow-up and timely service delivery
Maintain confidentiality of client information

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:Equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum +2 (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Prior experience in customer service or related field will be an advantage
Good communication skills (written and spoken)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and email handling)

Ability to handle customers politely and professionally
