Job Description

  • Establish and implement a system for salary administration and maintain the salary database the whole country
  • Supported the draft and administration of the Departmental Payroll Budgets 
  • Advise management on the impact of new legislature on payroll procedures whenever necessary.
  • Establish a system for effective handling and maintenance of payroll files and employee-related payroll data
  • Ensure employee payroll confidentiality is strictly adhered to
  • Collate salary related information from all operational locations and update it into the payroll system
  • Continuously review and streamline payroll administration procedures
  • Ensure the accuracy and timely remittance of the payroll to employees
  • Direct the process and ensure accuracy for the reconciliation and payment of all payroll allowances and deductions
  • Assist with calculations of appropriate salary packages for new recruits
  • Administer and maintain on boarding and probationary payroll processes and systems
  • Execute the full & final settlement of the employees after Retirement and Resignation
  • Execute the administration of benefits programs
  • Handling queries related to and advising on pay and remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits
  • Leave processes conducted according to policy and maintained records of leave in the HRIS
  • Ensure good employee relations
