Job Description

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor in Science (with master in healthcare management preferable)

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing all clinic operations are well-functioning (Making sure all are services are performing smoothly, this includes technically as well as process wise)
  • Overseeing staff duties are well-functioning
  • Overseeing that the reporting is being done and being dispatched timely
  • Developing procedures to deliver optimal patient care and timely reporting
  • Manage and evaluate staff by assigning and delegating tasks as needed, creating work schedules and leading staff meetings
  • Develop protocols and procedures to improve staff productivity and even implementing policy changes
  • Oversee the day to day billing and cash handling is being done smoothly, efficiently and correctly
  • Oversee the transition from morning shift to evening shift is being done correctly and information is being passed
  • Act as a mediator between patients, their families and additional care staff at the clinic when necessary
  • Managing internal and external communications, and resolving queries/complaints
  • Managing the many department and making sure they work harmoniously
  • Leading and supporting the various in-charges, and checking their report timely
  • Checking the stock and supplies for the clinic is used/maintained efficiently and ordered to “Procurement Department” timely
  • Initiate the development and revision of policies and procedures
  • Collaborate and work with the Marketing Team to achieve the targets set
  • Make sure what is being communicated externally is being practiced internally
  • Update the staffs on any new information (new services, new prices, new offers, etc.)
  • Performing the hiring, training and performance evaluation of staff members
  • Identify and establish trainings needed for the staff
  • Develop strong and collaborative relationship with the staff
  • Make reports and bring solutions to issues
