Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to the department by handling phone calls, emails, and other communications.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and interviews.
  • Proper coordination & communication within the team and external Clients for the project.
  • Maintain and organize departmental files, records, and databases.
  • Assist recruiters as well as office members in organizing and coordinating the recruitment process.
  • Interact with clients and candidates in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide information and assistance to clients and candidates as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information related to clients, candidates, and internal processes.
  • Handle additional tasks and projects as assigned by department managers.
