Delivery Rider

To make  timely, safe, and accurate delivery of customer orders from the warehouse to the final customer and from customer to the warehouse, while ensuring excellent customer interaction and proper documentation.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver customer orders on time and in good condition within assigned delivery routes.
• Liaise with the warehouse/inventory team to collect orders and verify items before dispatch.
• Collect COD (Cash on Delivery) payments accurately and submit to accounts/logistics as per policy.
• Use mobile app or delivery software to update delivery status in real time.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, or escalations professionally during delivery.
• Ensure proper documentation of delivery slips, receipts, and returns (if any).
• Pick up returns or exchange items as per return guidelines.
• Follow company guidelines on traffic rules, customer conduct, and safety protocols.
• Report vehicle or delivery equipment issues (e.g., mobile, GPS, bike) to the supervisor.
• Maintain daily delivery logs and fuel usage reports.
• Assist with other logistics duties during low delivery load, such as loading/unloading or warehouse tasks.
