Store Keeper

Job Description

We are seeking an organized and responsible Store Keeper to manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, packaging materials, Semi finished goods and finished goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming raw materials and packaging materials.
• Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory registers.
• Issue materials to production and packaging teams as required.
• Monitor stock levels and inform management about low-stock items.
• Ensure proper storage, cleanliness, hygiene, and pest control.
• Monitor expiry dates, batch numbers, and stock rotation using FIFO/FEFO principles.
• Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies.
• Ensure materials are properly labeled and stored in designated locations.
• Coordinate with the warehouse, procurement, and production teams.
• Prepare stock reports and maintain proper documentation.
