Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a proactive, customer-oriented, and organized Outlet Store Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our outlet store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing inventory, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring smooth and efficient store operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Customer Relations

Drive store sales by actively engaging with customers and promoting products.
Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service-related concerns professionally.
Work towards achieving assigned sales targets.

2. Inventory Management

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
Coordinate stock receiving, checking, arrangement, and replenishment.
Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies.
Ensure proper product storage, display, and stock organization.
Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving items and report stock requirements.

3. Store Operations

Oversee the daily opening and closing of the outlet.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Maintain proper product displays and merchandising standards.
Ensure smooth billing, cash handling, and transaction processes.
Coordinate with the relevant departments regarding stock, sales, and operational requirements.
Ensure store policies and procedures are followed.

4. Reporting & Coordination

Prepare and maintain daily sales and inventory reports.
Track store performance and communicate operational updates to management.
Identify operational challenges and recommend improvements.
Ensure timely communication and coordination with the concerned teams.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of work experience in Sales and Customer Service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good customer handling and relationship management abilities.
Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
Ability to manage daily store operations independently.
Good organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with billing or POS systems.

NewMew Nepal -Within a year of observing the rapid increase in eyewear demand, we redirected our focus towards future expansion. Consequently, we successfully opened three additional stores in Newroad, Pokhara, and Butwal, both inside and outside the valley.
